K–12 Islamic Studies for Kids
1. Description
This comprehensive program is designed for children and pre-teens, covering all essential areas of Islamic knowledge across 12 structured levels. The curriculum includes Tafseer, Hadith, Tawheed, Fiqh, Seerah, and general Islamic etiquette. It offers a gradual and age-appropriate introduction to Islamic beliefs, practices, and character development. The program combines academic learning with spiritual growth and encourages students to apply Islamic principles in daily life.
2. Course Goals
By the end of this program, students will:
Learn the teachings of Islam related to beliefs (Aqidah), worship, and character
Reflect on Islamic values through stories, lessons, and practices
Build a strong spiritual connection through prayer, reflection, and study
Understand the major components of Islamic heritage, including Qur’anic stories, Prophet’s life, and ethics
Strengthen moral responsibility through Islamic manners and behavior
3. Requirements
To join this course:
Students must be 8 years or older
To progress, students must pass the assessment at the end of each level (or demonstrate equivalent proficiency)
4. Course Structure
Total Levels: 12
Duration per Level: 146 instructional hours
Each level includes guided lessons, practical applications, assessments, and interactive content
5. Assessment & Certification
After completing each level, students take a test covering comprehension and application. Upon passing, they receive an authorized certificate of achievement, confirming their readiness to advance.
